There are new front brakes and rotors on it. The tires are in good shape. Would be a great first car. CD Changer

I took it to a mechanic and he said the 7th cylinder doesn't have any compression which is throwing off the timing and all that good stuff. Other than that, the exterior has a couple bumps and scratches but is overall in good condition. I have no idea how to fix it
